Abstract text
Abstract:
Objectives:
To provide an overview of functions of the Colloquium manager software and to gather feedback from future organisers of Cochrane Colloquia and regional Cochrane symposia on their requirements.

Description:
The Cochrane Collaboration Web Team has developed a Colloquium manager software to include all functions that are required for the organisation and management of Cochrane Colloquia (registration, abstract and workshop review, workshop sign up etc.). The Colloquium manager is being piloted for the Madrid Colloquium and will be made available for future Cochrane Colloquia and regional Cochrane symposia. During this workshop, the development team will present all functions as they have been developed for the Madrid Colloquium, to then invite feedback from participants as well as requirements for the specific events that they will be organising.
