Abstract text
Abstract:
Objectives:
The workshop is open to anyone who would like to learn more about using Cochrane reviews in journal clubs, to boost their confidence when questioning evidence, or to explore ways to translate the evidence into practice.

Description:
The Cochrane Journal Club and the Schizophrenia Journal Club join forces for this unique interactive workshop on how to get the most from a journal club, whether you are running one or participating. It will share details of the content available online to support individuals in running a journal club within their workplace or in contributing to one. The two journal clubs have developed different types of material, which will be explained.
The workshop will involve small group discussions and a novel element, using role play to work through a case scenario which will give people a fuller flavour of what can be achieved when considering the use of the findings of a Cochrane review in practice.
