Objectives:
Provide core Cochrane Review Group (CRG) staff with the information and skills they need to begin using the workflow system in Archie to manage their editorial processes.

Description:
The workflow system in Archie enables editorial staff to monitor and manage the progress of reviews through the editorial process. In 2011, use of the workflow system will become mandatory for all CRGs. This workshop is aimed at beginning or relatively inexperienced user s of the workflow system. Presenters will use a combination of demonstrations, hands-on exercises, and discussion to cover the basics of setting up and running workflows on individual reviews, completing tasks, and communicating with others about tasks assigned to them. Other possible topics include options for customizing the system to reflect the way your CRG works, and using reports and searches to generate summary information across reviews.
